For all returns to Fellow House, customers must pay the cost of postage/freight in all circumstances. We recommend using a registered post with a tracking number to ensure safe delivery. Please contact our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning your items. Any returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
LOST OR MISSING PARCELS
Fellow House cannot take responsibility for any parcels that have gone missing, been stolen, or been delivered incorrectly. Once the parcel has left our warehouse, it is the responsibility of the courier, and any disputes must be settled with them. As the sender, we can contact the shipping provider on your behalf to lodge an investigation upon your request. However, the outcome is stipulated by the shipping provider, not Fellow House, and we cannot change or be held liable for the result of the investigation and/or the missing parcel.
If you change your mind, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the product is unused and unworn, with the original packaging attached, in a resalable condition. If the item has been damaged in any way, it will not be accepted upon return.
We cannot accept returns if the following packaging requirements have not been satisfied:
Items are unworn/unused and in original condition, and
Items are in the original packaging with tags where applicable, and
Items are adequately packaged for transit
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipping will be at the cost of the customer and original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can address the issues accordingly.
The change of mind policy will not apply to products that are on sale or have been marked down from their original price.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Refunds are only issued on a discretionary basis.
