20 days. 20 minute workouts.

Alternate-day 5 minute stretches.

 

Primary lower-body focused.

Low impact - no jumping.

Slow burn but still getting sweaty.

  • Ankle weights 

  • Yoga mat 

  • Chair or bench to lean on
